As I work in my studio/laboratory - I occasionally feel as if . . . I'm not alone . . .

I look up to find a Snooping herring gull gazing at me through the skylight above my painting wall.

I met this gull 'Brione | Snooper' soon after I arrived to live and work on Dungeness Beach.

I still feed her a quarter of a century later especially, before the storms.

A heartfelt hand carved image of a 'Lost Cat' inspired from a poignant missing pet flyer stapled to a lamp post in Lydd, seen soon after I arrived to live and work on Dungeness Beach.
